Come and enjoy our hydrotherapy pool. Hydrotherapy is beneficial for many different types of ailments. The water provides support for your body and resistance for your muscles whilst the heat (32C) can ease aches and pains.
We have hydrotherapy sessions (either NHS referral or self referral), non physio sessions, aquanatal, postnatal, two children's swim schools for all different ages and abilities and water circuit training all available.
